Privacy Policy

How your information is handled.

This policy explains how Ripples Of Metamorphosis collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use this website, request the free guide, ask about sessions, or submit a retreat booking request.

Effective date: 16 July 2026

What this website collects

When you submit a form, the website may collect:

  • your name, email address, and optional phone or WhatsApp number,
  • your preferred language, interest, preferred format, ticket option, or message,
  • your consent checkbox response,
  • the page, referrer, raw query string, and UTM campaign fields that brought you to the form,
  • a hashed version of your IP address and your browser user agent for basic security records.

If you later complete an intake, consent, payment, booking, or participation form, additional information may be collected in that separate step. That may include safety, health, emergency contact, attendance, payment, or consent information needed to decide whether the work is appropriate and to deliver the service responsibly.

How your data is used

Your data is used to:

  • send or make available the free guide you requested,
  • reply personally about 1:1 sessions, women's circles, the deeper journey, or retreat booking requests,
  • check fit, availability, safety, consent, and practical next steps before confirming services or events,
  • manage inquiries, booking status, follow-up notes, payment status, and understand how people found the website,
  • protect the website and forms from misuse, spam, technical errors, or security issues,
  • meet accounting, tax, legal, or record-keeping obligations where a booking or payment happens.

Ripples Of Metamorphosis does not sell your personal data. It does not use your personal data for third-party advertising.

Legal bases for processing

Because Ripples Of Metamorphosis operates in Latvia, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies. Depending on the context, the legal basis may be:

  • Consent: when you tick a consent box, request the free guide, ask to be contacted, or choose to receive future updates.
  • Contract or steps before a contract: when you ask about, book, pay for, or receive a session, circle, journey, or retreat.
  • Legitimate interests: for contact record keeping, understanding how people found the website, fraud prevention, website security, and practical follow-up, where your rights do not override those interests.
  • Legal obligation: where accounting, tax, dispute, or regulatory records must be kept.
  • Explicit consent or another applicable basis: if a later intake or consent form asks for health, safety, emotional, or other sensitive information needed to assess whether participation is appropriate.

Health, emotional, and emergency information

Please do not send urgent, medical, psychiatric, crisis, or emergency information through the website forms. Ripples Of Metamorphosis is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, addiction treatment, trauma treatment, or emergency support.

For private sessions, ceremonies, retreats, or deeper work, you may be asked for separate intake and participation information. You should share only what is relevant, accurate, and comfortable for you to share. If the work is not appropriate for your current situation, participation may be paused, modified, or declined, and more appropriate support may be suggested.

Where your data is stored and shared

Form submissions and related contact records are stored using services that support the website, communication, bookings, and service delivery.

Personal data is shared only when needed with service providers used for:

  • website hosting and server infrastructure,
  • forms, contact records, and client communication,
  • booking, payment, email, and newsletter services,
  • messaging or social media platforms when you choose to communicate through them.

Some providers may process data outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, Ripples Of Metamorphosis relies on the provider's available transfer safeguards and privacy terms.

Cookies, fonts, analytics, and advertising measurement

The retreat page offers optional Meta Pixel measurement. The Meta Pixel is not loaded and no PageView or Lead event is sent unless you select “Allow cookies” in the cookie notice. If allowed, Meta may receive technical browser and device information, the page visited, referral or campaign parameters, and the fact that a retreat booking request was completed. Form fields such as your name, email, phone number, and message are not included in the browser event sent by this implementation.

Meta Pixel data is used to measure advertising performance and, where configured in Meta Ads Manager, help optimize advertising. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may process this information under its Business Tools terms and privacy terms. You can decline the optional measurement or reopen “Cookie settings” in the retreat page footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent prevents future events from being sent by the page.

The website also uses browser local storage to remember language and measurement preferences. The stylesheet loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may make a technical request to Google when loading the page.

Basic server or reverse-proxy logs may exist for security, debugging, and maintenance.

How long data is kept

Lead and booking request records are kept only as long as needed for follow-up, delivery, understanding how people found the website, safety, and practical administration. Inquiries and contact records are generally reviewed and deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless they become client, booking, payment, consent, safety, or legal records.

Payment, invoice, accounting, contract, dispute, and legally required records may be kept for the period required under applicable Latvian or EU law. Newsletter or update subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or the list is cleaned.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent. Some rights depend on the legal basis and context, and some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

To make a privacy request, contact Ripples Of Metamorphosis using the contact details below and clearly say that your message is a privacy request. A response will normally be provided within one month after your request is received and your identity can be reasonably verified.
